Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a return, refund, or exchange for a damaged, broken, or missing item, you must record a single, continuous, unedited unboxing video. The video must start before opening the courier package and clearly show the shipping label, sealed outer bag, opening process, and product condition. No part of the package should go off-screen at any point.

If a valid, unedited unboxing video is not provided, the return/refund request will be rejected.

2. Return Window & Eligibility

Return or exchange requests are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules — India Only

COD orders may be verified via phone/WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch; unverified orders are cancelled. Any COD convenience fee is non-refundable. COD refunds are issued only as Store Credit/Discount Voucher or via Bank Transfer (NEFT) to an account matching the billing name.

4. Reverse Shipping & Logistics

Requests are reviewed only after the unboxing video is shared. If validated, a reverse pickup is arranged. Reverse shipping costs are deducted from the final refund; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled anytime before handover to the courier. Once handed over, cancellation is not possible. Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be permanently blocked from using COD in future.

6. Refund Process & Timelines

Refunds are processed only after physical verification at our warehouse. Approved prepaid refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; approved COD refunds are processed within 5 business days via bank transfer or store credit.
