5. Shipping, Delivery, and Package Tampering (India Only)
Service Area: We ship exclusively within India.
Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not guaranteed deadlines. Delays caused by courier partners or natural disruptions are outside our control.
Tamper Warning: Customers are strongly advised not to accept any package if the outer courier bag appears torn, unsealed, or heavily tampered with. We are not liable for missing items if a damaged package is accepted without a complaint lodged with the courier executive.
Unboxing Video: To protect against transit damage or missing items, we mandate that customers record a continuous, nonstop, unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed courier package is opened.
6. Product Use and Allergy Disclaimer
Material Sensitivity: Our products are artificial, fashion, or imitation jewellery. They may contain metals, alloys, plating, or other materials that can cause skin reactions or allergies in sensitive individuals.
Liability Limit: Mangamta is not liable for any skin irritation, discolouration, or allergic reactions resulting from wearing our product.
Product Care: Wear and tear, fading of gold/silver plating, or damage due to contact with water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals are not covered under any product warranty.
7. Targeted Marketing and Analytics (Meta products, Google and other platforms for marketing we use)
Our website uses advanced marketing and analytics tools (such as the Meta Pixel and Google Tags) to deliver advertisements exclusively to a specific, targeted audience on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google etc. We do not display third-party advertisements on our store.
